Online Auction & Bidding Instructions

To Register to Place Bids

You may register to bid at any time! Auction items and packages will be available to preview beginning on Friday, October 16. The auction will be live at 9 a.m. on Monday, October 19. To register to bid, please follow the instructions below.

If you have already registered, please proceed to the Bidding Instructions.

1. Visit the Online Bidding website: (Page loads best in Firefox, Chrome, or Safari)

All available packages will be viewable on this page.

2. To place a bid on an item(s): Click on “START BIDDING” at the top of the page

3. On the next screen, click on “CREATE ACCOUNT”

4. Enter your preferred email address, and click CONFIRM

5. An email message will be sent to the email address you entered. The email will contain a link to finish completing your online registration. You’ll be asked to: create a password, provide your contact information, and provide credit card information to pay for the item(s) that you win.*All information is securely stored with the GreaterGiving website and the Foundation and is never shared.

6. Once your registration is complete, you’ll receive a text message and/or email with a link to go back to the bidding page. You can now view and place bids (when the auction goes live) on the various baskets

Bidding Instructions

Bidding will open at 9 a.m. on Monday, October 19. If you have not yet registered to bid, please follow the instructions above. If you have already registered, please visit the Online Bidding website HERE and click “START BIDDING” to log into your account.

Once logged in, click the auction hammer image to begin bidding by following the instructions below.

1. Select the item you wish to bid on.

2. Actions you can take:
        a. Place a bid
        b. Bid more (increase your bid and/or you can also set a personal maximum bid)

3. Click on your desired action and confirm your bid.

4. If you are outbid, the system will send you text/email notifications letting you know. You can click the link in the message to go back to the item to view the status and place a new bid.

5. If you are the winning bidder on an item/package you will receive a notification.
